In late June/early July my son provided us with a flight and accommodation to a resort in Bali. While we were there we decided to visit the bird park. It took two and a half hours to travel 26 km and that was not in peak hour. Anyway, while we were there we were able to video and photograph Palm Cockatoo, above, and

Even though we had see Palm Cockatoos on our Cape York trip we were unable to take close video and photographs. It was nice to have them up close – even sitting on my arm!
