I may have missed the Rose Robins last month but we both caught up with them this month. Upon returning from Brisbane in late May, I participated in our local birdwatching outing to Wollomombi Gorge on the first Sunday in June. To my surprise out of the gorge came a few Rose Robins. While I was unable to take any reasonable video on the day (cloudy and windy), a few subsequent visits produced enough video and photographs of the male to complement the video and photographs of the female that we had obtained previously. Perseverance has paid off again!
