In November I was selected for NSW to play over 60s cricket in Hobart, so an extra week in Tasmania seemed like a sensible idea.

On returning to Armidale at the end of September, there was news that Swift Parrots had been in the area.
Trip to Townsville and Alstonville in September

On September 12 my mum turned 90 so a party was in order at Alstonville. A few days later we flew to my daughter’s place in Townsville.
Trip to Alice Springs in late June, early July
