On September 12 my mum turned 90 so a party was in order at Alstonville. A few days later we flew to my daughter’s place in Townsville.

Every few months a group of local birders visit Little Llangothlin Lagoon, just north of Guyra, to survey the birdlife for National Parks and Wildlife.
